DBRS Assigns Final Ratings to Rental Car Finance Corp., Rental Car Asset Backed Variable Funding Notes, Series 2010-3

DBRS has today assigned a AA (sf) rating to the $450,000,000 Rental Car Asset Backed Variable Funding Notes, Series 2010-3 issued by Rental Car Finance Corp.

The transaction is being funded under Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group’s Rental Car Finance Corp. master trust and will be supported by a segregated series of collateral. Credit enhancement will be provided initially in the form of overcollateralization and amounts held in a cash liquidity account.

The ratings reflect the ability of the transaction to withstand stressed cash flow assumptions and repay investors according to the terms in which they have invested.
