DBRS Discontinues the Ratings on 25 Series of Notes Issued by NextStudent Master Trust I

DBRS today has discontinued its ratings on 25 series of notes issued by NextStudent Master Trust I. Below is a list of the series affected:

A majority of the senior and subordinate bondholders of the NextStudent Master Trust I have voluntarily decided to declare an acceleration of the trust, liquidate the collateral and redeem the outstanding notes. The liquidation was accomplished and all applicable proceeds were distributed to noteholders. Pursuant to the terms of the liquidation, with the distribution of the liquidation proceeds, all regular reporting on this transaction has ceased. As a result, DBRS is now withdrawing the ratings on the notes listed above.
