DBRS: BOK Financial Corporation’s Bank Subsidiary Name Changed
Banking OrganizationsOn January 1, 2011, BOK Financial Corporation (BOKF or the Company) merged its banking subsidiaries, including Bank of Texas, N.A., Bank of Arkansas, N.A., Bank of Albuquerque, N.A., Colorado State Bank and Trust, N.A., Bank of Arizona, N.A. and Bank of Kansas City, N.A. into Bank of Oklahoma, N.A. Subsequently, the Company changed the name of Bank of Oklahoma, N.A. to BOKF, N.A. DBRS Inc. (DBRS) notes that the Company will continue to operate as distinct geographic regions using the trade names of the former charters.
As a result, DBRS has renamed BOKF’s bank subsidiary to BOKF, N.A. from Bank of Oklahoma.
BOKF, a financial holding company with headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma, reported $24.3 billion in assets at September 30, 2010.
