DBRS Assigns Rating of BBB (high) to Inter Pipeline Fund’s New Medium Term Note Program
EnergyDBRS has today assigned a rating of BBB (high) with a Stable trend to Inter Pipeline Fund’s (IPF’s) new Unsecured Medium Term Notes (MTNs) issuance program. Previously, DBRS had an Issuer Rating of BBB (high) with a Stable trend on IPF, which has been concurrently discontinued.
The rating actions reflect the filing by IPF of a prospectus supplement dated January 19, 2011, to a $1.5 billion short form base shelf prospectus dated November 30, 2010. Effectively, DBRS has replaced the previous Issuer Rating with the new MTNs rating.
