DBRS Rates Total Capital’s New Issue of USD 500 Million at AA

DBRS has today assigned a rating of AA with a Stable trend to the USD 500 million 4.125% medium-term notes issue of Total Capital SA maturing on January 28, 2021. The issue is expected to settle on January 28, 2011.

The notes are guaranteed by Total S.A. and rank equally with all of Total Capital SA’s other senior unsecured bonds and debentures.
