DBRS Discontinues Ratings on Goldman Sachs Auto Loan Trust 2005-1 Securitization Due to the Repayment of the Noteholders

DBRS today discontinued ratings on the Goldman Sachs Auto Loan Trust, Series 2005-1 securities. Noteholders of the following classes have been fully repaid:

Goldman Sachs Auto Loan Trust, Series 2005-1:
-- Class A-1 Asset Backed Notes previously rated R-1 (high) (sf) are now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class A-2 Asset Backed Notes previously rated AAA (sf) are now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class A-3 Asset Backed Notes previously rated AAA (sf) are now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class A-4 Asset Backed Notes previously rated AAA (sf) are now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class B Asset Backed Notes previously rated AA (high) (sf) are now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class C Asset Backed Notes previously rated A (low) (sf) are now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class D Asset Backed Notes previously rated BB (sf) are now rated Disc- Repaid
