DBRS Assigns Issuer Rating to Komatsu

DBRS has today assigned an Issuer Rating of A (low) to Komatsu Ltd. (Komatsu or the Company). The trend on the Issuer Rating is Stable.

Concurrently, the Senior Unsecured Debt Rating of each of Komatsu, Komatsu Finance America Inc. and Komatsu Europe Coordination Center N.V. has been discontinued as there is no outstanding Canadian debt of any of the companies.
