DBRS Assigns Final Ratings to FCDB PSL Trust 2010-1 and FCDB NPSL Trust 2010-1

DBRS has assigned a final rating of A (sf) to the FCDB PSL Trust 2010-1 and FCDB NPSL Trust 2010-1 transaction. This rating is based upon the transaction capital structure, available credit enhancement, transaction party capabilities and underlying private student loan credit quality and characteristics.
