DBRS Confirms AAA (sf) Rating to Ivy Hill Senior Debt Funding 2007-1
Structured CreditDBRS has today confirmed the rating of AAA (sf) to the $417 Million Facility (“the Facility”) issued by Ivy Hill Senior Debt Funding 2007-1 (“Ivy Hill”) that is collateralized by a portfolio of U.S. high-yield corporate loans. The rating addresses Ivy Hill’s ability to make timely payments of interest and the final payment of principal on the Facility’s legal maturity date.
The confirmation of the AAA (sf) rating reflects the observed performance of the collateral pool and the structural mechanics, since the transaction was initially assigned a DBRS credit rating on June 30, 2008.
The principal methodology is Rating Global High Yield Loan Securitizations, Structured Loans, and Tranched Credit Derivatives, which can be found on our website under Methodologies.

All figures are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
