DBRS Confirms Rating for UACC Auto Financing Trust

DBRS has today confirmed its rating on the UACC Auto Financing Trust of A (sf). The confirmation takes into consideration amendments to the term, pricing, borrowing base calculation and covenants of the transaction. Both current performance and the amendments are consistent with DBRS expectations at the confirmed rating level.
