DBRS Releases Report on Canadian Tire

DBRS has today released a report on Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited (Canadian Tire or the Company) that provides further detail on the August 19, 2011, downgrade of the Company’s long-term ratings to BBB (high) from A (low) and short-term rating to R-2 (high) from R-1 (low). The downgrade followed the Company’s acquisition of The Forzani Group Ltd.
