DBRS Assigns Ratings to SuttonPark Structured Settlements 2011-1 LLC, $80,035,000 Class A Fixed Rate Asset Backed Notes, Series 2011-1 and $10,639,000 Class B Fixed Rate Asset Backed Notes

DBRS has assigned ratings to the following classes issued by SuttonPark Structured Settlements 2011-1 LLC

-- $80,035,000 Class A Fixed Rate Asset Backed Notes, Series 2011-1 Due 2058 AAA (sf)
-- $10,639,000 Class B Fixed Rate Asset Backed Notes, Series 2011-1 Due 2058 BBB (sf)

The Class A notes have a projected maturity date of January 2036 and the Class B notes have projected maturity date of February 2037, and they are secured by a portfolio of receivables related to settlements of legal claims.
