DBRS Confirms 4 Ratings on Trade Receivables Transactions

DBRS, Inc. (“DBRS”) has confirmed four ratings to the trade receivables transactions administered by Natixis. The ratings address the timely payment of interest and ultimate payment of principal.

• Class A2 Units issued by FCT Arkemtic at A (high) (sf);
• Parts A2&B2 issued by FCC Aqueduc II at A (low) (sf);
• Class C1 & C2 Units issued by FCT Mercury at A (low) (sf);
• Class EIF Units issued by FCC Triple P at A (low) (sf).

The confirmations of the ratings reflect the ongoing performance of the Trade Receivables transactions.

The principal methodology applicable is U.S. Trade Receivables, which can be found on www.dbrs.com.

The sources of information used for this rating include parties involved in the rating, including but not limited to FCT Arkemtic, FCC Aqueduc II, FCT Mercury, FCC Triple P and Natixis. DBRS considers the information available to it for the purposes of providing this rating to be satisfactory.
