DBRS Confirms Gloucester Credit Card Trust
Consumer Loans & Credit CardsDBRS has today confirmed the ratings of Gloucester Credit Card Trust (the Trust) with the closing of the sale of approximately $8.6 billion in MasterCard receivables from MBNA Canada Bank, the initial seller and servicer of the Trust to the Toronto-Dominion Bank, as discussed in the DBRS press release dated August 15, 2011.
The ratings of the outstanding public notes issued by the Trust are confirmed as follows:
– AAA (sf) for Series 2004-1, Class A Notes
– BBB (sf) for Series 2004-1, Collateral Notes
– AAA (sf) for Series 2006-2, Class A Notes
– BBB (sf) for Series 2006-2, Collateral Notes
– AA (sf) for Series 2008-1, Class A Notes
– BBB (sf) for Series 2008-1, Collateral Notes
