DBRS Discontinues Rating on 1st Financial Credit Card Master Note Trust III, Series 2009-II

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has discontinued its ratings on the 1st Financial Credit Card Master Note Trust III, Series 2009-II. The follow ratings have been discontinued due to repayment of the noteholders:

-- Class A-1 previously rated AAA (sf) is now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class A-2 previously rated AAA (sf) is now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class B previously rated AA (high) (sf) is now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class C previously rated ‘A’ (high) (sf) is now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class D previously rated BBB (high) (sf) is now rated Disc- Repaid
