DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has confirmed the rating of the Class A of the Direct Capital Funding III Company, LLC transaction at AA (low) (sf). The collateral supporting the transaction is performing within DBRS expectations and available credit enhancement is sufficient to cover DBRS expected losses.
