The collateral for the Notes consists of student loans originated under the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP).

The confirmation is based on a review of certain amendments to the index upon which special allowance payments are based upon from the three-month commercial paper rate to the one-month London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR). The transactions are performing within DBRS expectations.
