DBRS Discontinues Rating of Boardwalk REIT’s Senior Unsecured Debentures

DBRS has today discontinued the rating of the Senior Unsecured Debentures of Boardwalk Real Estate Investment Trust (Boardwalk or the Trust) as the outstanding debentures were repaid on January 23, 2012.
