DBRS Discontinues Canadian Apartment Properties REIT Stability Rating

DBRS has today discontinued the Stability Rating of Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust). The decision to discontinue the Stability Rating is unrelated to the stability profile of the Trust.
