DBRS Confirms Ratings on Ally Master Owner Trust

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has reviewed the Ally Master Owner Trust Series 2010-1 and Series 2011-3. In the two series, all 9 classes were confirmed. The following classes were reviewed:

Ally Master Owner Trust Series 2010-1:
-Series 2010-1 Notes, Class A have been confirmed at AAA (sf)
-Series 2010-1 Notes, Class B have been confirmed at AA (sf)
-Series 2010-1 Notes, Class C have been confirmed at ‘A’ (sf)
-Series 2010-1 Notes, Class D have been confirmed at BBB (sf)

Ally Master Owner Trust Series 2011-3:
-Series 2011-3 Notes, Class A-1 have been confirmed at AAA (sf)
-Series 2011-3 Notes, Class A-2 have been confirmed at AAA (sf)
-Series 2011-3 Notes, Class B have been confirmed at AA (sf)
-Series 2011-3 Notes, Class C have been confirmed at ‘A’ (sf)
-Series 2011-3 Notes, Class D have been confirmed at BBB (sf)

The collateral supporting the transactions is performing within DBRS expectations and available credit enhancement for each class is sufficient to cover DBRS expected losses.
