DBRS Confirms VCL 13

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has reviewed the VCL 13 transaction and confirms the Class A and Class B Notes at AAA (sf) and ‘A’ (high) (sf), respectively. The receivables securitised consist of consumer leases related to motor vehicles.

The collateral supporting the transactions is performing within DBRS expectations and available credit enhancement for each class is sufficient to cover DBRS expected losses.
