DBRS Confirms Ratings in Rental Car Finance Corp. (“RCFC”) Series 2010-3 and 2011-1

DBRS, Inc. (“DBRS”) confirms the existing ratings for the Series 2011-1, Class A Fixed Rate Rental Car Asset Backed Notes at AAA (sf), Series 2011-1, Class B Fixed Rate Rental Car Asset Backed Notes at ‘A’ (sf) and Rental Car Asset Backed Variable Funding Notes, Series 2010-3 at AA (sf).

The rating confirmation is based on a review of an amendment to Master Motor Vehicle Lease and Servicing Agreement for Group VII and VIII. The amendment eliminated a reporting requirement delivered to NRSROs that rate the notes since the accountants are unable to deliver the reports to the NRSRO.
