DBRS Discontinues Ratings on Navistar Financial Owner Trusts

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has discontinued its ratings on the Navistar Financial Owner Trust, Series 2010-A and Series 2010-B. The follow ratings have been discontinued due to repayment of the noteholders:

Navistar Financial 2010-A Owner Trust
-- Class A-1 previously rated R-1 (high) (sf) is now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class A-2 previously rated AAA (sf) is now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class A-3 previously rated AAA (sf) is now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class B previously rated ‘A’ (sf) is now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class C previously rated BBB (sf) is now rated Disc- Repaid

Navistar Financial 2010-B Owner Trust
-- Class A-1 previously rated R-1 (high) (sf) is now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class A-2 previously rated AAA (sf) is now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class A-3 previously rated AAA (sf) is now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class B previously rated AA (low) (sf) is now rated Disc- Repaid
-- Class C previously rated ‘A’ (sf) is now rated Disc- Repaid
