DBRS Confirms Ratings in Rental Car Finance Corp. (“RCFC”) Series 2010-3 and 2011-1

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) confirms the existing ratings for the Series 2011-1, Class A Fixed Rate Rental Car Asset Backed Notes at AAA (sf), Series 2011-1, Class B Fixed Rate Rental Car Asset Backed Notes at ‘A’ (sf) and Rental Car Asset Backed Variable Funding Notes, Series 2010-3 at AA (sf).

The rating confirmation is based on a review of an amendment to Master Motor Vehicle Lease and Servicing Agreement (Group VII), dated October 28, 2010 and to Master Motor Vehicle Lease and Servicing Agreement (Group VIII), dated July, 28, 2011. The amendment eliminated the requirement that certain agreed upon procedures reports be delivered to nationally recognized statistical rating organizations rating the notes.
