DBRS Releases Report on MIFFC

DBRS has today published a report on Montreal International Fuel Facilities Corporation (MIFFC) that provides further information on the recent confirmation of the A (low) rating on the Amortizing Bonds but concurrent revision of the trend on the rating to Negative from Stable.
