DBRS Confirms Outstanding Ratings on SLC Private Student Loan Trust 2010-B

DBRS, Inc. confirms its outstanding ratings on the Class A-1 and Class A-2 notes issued by SLC Private Student Loan Trust 2010-B based on a review of the documentation effectuating the assignment and transfer of substantially all of Citibank N.A.’s duties and obligations under all servicing agreements, or similar or related agreements, for which Citibank N.A. is a party, to Discover Products Inc., effective from and after the Servicing Transfer Date of July 18, 2012.

SLC Private Student Loan Trust 2010-B:
--Class A-1 confirmed at AAA (sf)
--Class A-2 confirmed at AAA (sf)

DBRS also reviewed the recent performance of the trust and determined that the collateral supporting the classes is performing within DBRS expectations and available credit enhancement for each class is sufficient to cover DBRS expected losses.
