DBRS Assigns Rating to Versailles Assets LLC – RS Funding, Inc.

DBRS, Inc. (“DBRS”) has assigned a rating of AA (high) as of August 27, 2012, to the individual Liquidity Loan Agreement (“LLA”) related to the RS Funding, Inc. transaction within Versailles Assets LLC (“Versailles”). RS Funding, Inc. is one of the transactions in Versailles, a commercial paper conduit sponsored and administered by Natixis Financial Products Inc.

This credit rating has been issued outside the European Union (EU) and may be used for regulatory purposes by financial institutions in the EU.
