DBRS Publishes Updated Criteria for Rating Holding Companies and Their Subsidiaries

DBRS has today published an updated version of the criteria “Rating Holding Companies and Their Subsidiaries” (previously titled “Rating Parent/Holding Companies and Their Subsidiaries”).

The updated version includes some new commentary and examples to provide additional clarity, none of which has resulted in any change in DBRS’s approach or opinion. As such, this criteria update has not resulted in any rating changes or rating actions.
