DBRS has today launched its property-specific financing peer comparison fact sheet. The peer comparison provides an overview of key statistics that influence the credit ratings of retail and office properties rated by DBRS. Key statistics include property information, debt issuance information, operating metrics, financial metrics and cash flow analysis.
