DBRS Discontinues the Ratings of Sysco Corporation and Sysco International, ULC

DBRS has today discontinued the ratings of Sysco Corporation (Sysco) and Sysco International, ULC (based on the guarantee from Sysco) at the request of the Issuer. DBRS notes that the discontinuation does not reflect any change in DBRS’s view of Sysco’s credit risk profile since the last rating action (see press release dated August 15, 2012).
