DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today assigned provisional ratings to the following classes issued by Ascentium Equipment Receivables 2012-1 LLC:

-Series 2012-1 Notes, Class A rated AAA (sf)
-Series 2012-1 Notes, Class B rated ‘A’ (sf)
-Series 2012-1 Notes, Class C rated BBB (sf)
