DBRS Discontinues Ratings of Viterra Inc.

DBRS has today discontinued Viterra Inc.’s (Viterra or the Company) Issuer Rating and Senior Unsecured Notes rating, which were placed Under Review with Developing Implications on March 19, 2012. This action follows the successful acquisition of the Company by Glencore International plc and reflects the lack of sufficient information available to resolve the Under Review status and to continue the ratings.
