DBRS Confirms Ratings on Goal Capital Funding Trust 2007-1

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has confirmed the ratings on the Goal Capital Funding Trust 2007-1 transaction as follows:

-- Class A-1 FRN previously rated AAA (sf) now rated Discontinued--Repaid
-- Class A-2 FRN confirmed at AAA (sf)
-- Class A-3 FRN confirmed at AAA (sf)
-- Class A-4 FRN confirmed at AAA (sf)
-- Class A-5 FRN confirmed at AAA (sf)
-- Class B-1 ARN confirmed at AA (high) (sf)
-- Class C-1 FRN confirmed at ‘A’ (low) (sf)

The confirmations takes into consideration the amendments that transfer the administration of the transaction to Goal Structured Solutions, Inc., install U.S. Bank as Indenture Trustee and delete the requirement for a Verification Agent.
