DBRS Assigns A (low) Final Rating to Various Senior Obligations and Guaranteed Notes of CaixaBank

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today assigned a rating of A (low) with a Negative trend to various outstanding senior obligations of CaixaBank, S.A. (CaixaBank). This assignment for these senior unsecured obligations, which are listed below with unique identifiers, reflects the Senior Unsecured Long-Term Debt & Deposit rating of A (low) with a Negative trend assigned on March 4 2013 to CaixaBank.

In addition, DBRS has today assigned a rating of A (low) with a Negative trend to various of CaixaBank’s outstanding senior obligations that have been guaranteed by the Kingdom of Spain. The A (low) rating assigned to these obligations, which are also listed below with unique identifiers, is based on the explicit guarantee provided by the Kingdom of Spain.
