DBRS Assigns Provisional Ratings to JGWPT XXVIII LLC Fixed Rate Asset-Backed Notes, Series 2013-1

– Series 2013-1, Class A Notes rated AAA (sf)
– Series 2013-1, Class B Notes rated BBB (high) (sf)
