DBRS Discontinues Ratings on PFS Financing Corp. Series 2010-D

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has discontinued its ratings on the notes issued by PFS Financing Corp. Series 2010-D due to repayment of the notes. The following ratings have been discontinued due to repayment:

• Series 2010-D, Class A Notes previously rated AAA (sf) now rated Discontinued-Repaid
• Series 2010-D, Class B Notes previously rated ‘A’ (sf) now rated Discontinued-Repaid
