DBRS Confirms Ratings on Global SC Finance SRL, Series 2011-1 Notes and Series 2011-2 Notes

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has confirmed the ratings on the Global SC Finance SRL transaction as follows:

-- Series 2011-1 (VFN – Warehouse Series) Notes confirmed at ‘A’ (low) (sf),
-- Series 2011-2 (Term Series) Notes confirmed at ‘A’ (low) (sf).

The confirmations take into consideration the Consent and Amendment with respect to both series of the above-referenced notes which was executed on March 18, 2013. The principal effect of the Consent and Amendment is (i) to increase the commitment amount and extend the revolving period for the Series 2011-1 Notes and (ii) to allow for a sub-limit of 7.5% for the SLB Containers.
