DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has confirmed its ratings on the notes issued by World Financial Capital Master Note Trust Series 2009-VFN as follows:

World Financial Capital Master Note Trust Series 2009-VFN, Class A confirmed at AAA (sf)
World Financial Capital Master Note Trust Series 2009-VFN, Class M Confirmed at AA (sf)

The confirmation takes into consideration amendments for the series that increased its maximum size, extended its expected maturity and increased diversification of its investor base. Performance of the transaction has been within expectations for the respective ratings of the tranches.
