DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has confirmed the ratings on the Ally Master Owner Trust 2011-3 transaction. The ratings of the transaction were confirmed as follows:

Ally Master Owner Trust 2011-3, Class A-2 confirmed at AAA(sf)
Ally Master Owner Trust 2011-3, Class B confirmed at AA(sf)
Ally Master Owner Trust 2011-3, Class C confirmed at 'A'(sf)
Ally Master Owner Trust 2011-3, Class D confirmed at BBB(sf)

Collateral performance and credit enhancement levels are within expectations for the respective tranches at their current rating levels.
