DBRS Takes Rating Actions on 2 Student Loan Securitization Transactions

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has taken action on 2 student loan securitizations. All of the 32 tranches reviewed were confirmed. The transactions reviewed were as follows:

Brazos Higher Education Authority, Inc. 2004A Trust
Access Group, Inc., Series 2008-1

Collateral performance and credit enhancement levels for the transactions are within expectations for the respective tranches at their current rating levels.
