DBRS Assigns Final Rating to Equipment Contract Backed Notes, Series 2013-1, Class A issued by Nations Equipment Finance Funding I, LLC

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has assigned a final rating of ‘A’ (low) (sf) to Equipment Contract Backed Notes, Series 2013-1, Class A (Class A Notes) issued on this date by Nations Equipment Finance Funding I, LLC. The Class A Notes are issued in an amount of $128,304,000. The assets securing the Class A Notes consist of a segregated pool of commercial equipment loan and lease contracts relating to a range of construction, transportation, mining, oil & gas drilling and other equipment, together with moneys received relating thereto and any additional related security, as well as certain transaction accounts.

The Class A Notes represent the most senior class of the notes issued by Nations Equipment Finance Funding I, LLC and have a stated maturity date in November 2016. U.S. Bank National Association serves as the Trustee, the Custodian and the Back-up Servicer.
