DBRS Confirms Ratings on Senior Certificates Issued by CIT Equipment Trust VFC Series CBK1

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has confirmed the AAA (sf) rating for the senior certificates issued by CIT Equipment Trust – VFC Series CBK1. The CIT Equipment Trust – VFC Series CBK1 senior certificates have been issued in an amount of up to $1,000,000,000. The assets securing the CIT Equipment Trust – VFC Series CBK1 senior certificates are a revolving pool of diversified equipment loans and leases. The committed revolving period of the facility expires in June 2015, and the facility has a final maturity in 2022. Barclays Bank PLC serves as Administrative Agent.
