DBRS Assigns Ratings on Hana Financial SPV I, LLC

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has reviewed materials related to Hana Financial SPV I, LLC. Based on such review, DBRS has assigned the following ratings:

• BBB (sf) rating to Class A-1 ABL and Factoring Contract Backed Notes up to US$40 million maximum amount
• BBB (sf) rating for Class A-2A ABL and Factoring Contract Backed Notes U.S.$15,000,000 maximum amount
• BBB (sf) rating for Class A-2B ABL and Factoring Contract Backed Notes up to U.S.$75,000,000 maximum amount

The facility and notes provide financing to the activities of Hana Financial, Incorporated. Hana Financial is a specialty finance company that engages primarily in providing receivable-based commercial financing and related fee-based credit, collections and management information services.

The underlying collateral for these facilities are primarily asset-based loans and factoring loan receivables.

The transaction is currently serviced by Hana Financial, Incorporated, with backup servicing being provided by Wells Fargo Bank National Association.
