DBRS Confirms JGWPT Structured Settlements ABS Transactions

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) confirms the outstanding ratings on six series issued by JGWPT Holdings, LLC. The rating confirmations are based on an analysis of the amendment to the Intercreditor Agreement. Current performance of all the transactions is in line with DBRS expectations.
