DBRS Finalizes Ratings of Enwave Energy Corporation at A (low), Stable Trends

DBRS has finalized its provisional rating of A (low) on Enwave Energy Corporation’s (Enwave or the Company) $120 million Senior Secured Notes maturing July 31, 2028 (the Notes), and $160 million Senior Term Facility maturing for Tranche 1 in September 2045, and for Tranche 2 in July 2053, both with Stable trends. Concurrently, DBRS has also finalized the provisional Issuer Rating of Enwave, with a Stable trend. DBRS assigned the provisional ratings on July 9, 2013 (see related press release).
