DBRS Discontinues Ratings on Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission

DBRS has today discontinued the Issuer Rating and Toll Revenue Debt rating of Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission (HDBC). The ratings are being discontinued at the request of HDBC, as all existing debt is held by its parent, the Government of Nova Scotia.
