DBRS Confirms Ratings for Rental Car Finance Corp. (“RCFC”) Series 2010-3

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) confirms the existing ratings for the Rental Car Asset Backed Variable Funding Notes, Series 2010-3 at AA (sf).

The rating confirmation is based on a determination that the transaction will have sufficient interest rate protection after the termination of one of the existing Cap Providers.
