DBRS Comments on ESMA’s Discussion Paper on CRA3 Implementation
DBRS has today commented on the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) Discussion Paper on CRA3 (see note) implementation, which is intended to gather evidence and views for drafting Regulatory Technical Standards on the following areas: information on structured finance instruments, the new European Rating Platform and the periodic reporting of fees charged by credit rating agencies to their clients.
