DBRS Discontinues RTL-Westcan Limited Partnership Ratings

DBRS has today discontinued the ratings on RTL-Westcan Limited Partnership (the Partnership) following its acquisition by Kenan Advantage Group, Inc., which closed on November 15, 2013, and the expected redemption of all of the Partnership’s debt. The discontinued ratings include the BB (low) Issuer Rating and BB (low) instrument rating with a recovery rating of RR3 on the Partnership’s Senior Secured Debt. DBRS understands that the debt has been defeased and is expected to be redeemed on December 15, 2013.
