DBRS Discontinues Rating on Rental Car Finance Corp. (“RCFC”) Series 2010-3

DBRS, Inc. (“DBRS”) has discontinued-withdrawn the existing AA (sf) rating for the RCFC Rental Car Asset Backed Variable Funding Notes, Series 2010-3. The discontinuation is at the request of the Issuer due to certain restructurings that eliminated the need for a rating.

The collateral supporting the transaction is performing with DBRS expectations for its respective rating level.
